Marlo Boich: In Florida, Forgotten Is America’s Greatest Star

As soon as the Trump Administration left office, the Democrats and the “deep state” conspirators began the predictable spectacle of trumpeting each new and untold revelation as if it were a truth out of the ether. This time, the latest revelation is about a pedestrian bridge that was killed in a car accident this week. Fortunately no one was killed, but the deaths and injuries should still be called out and addressed.

What I find equally disturbing is that many of the Democrats who are condemning the bridge is neither a pedestrians safety advocate nor a helicopter pilot. Instead, they are working on the assumption that “it must have been a Russian plot.” Notice how casual and cavalier they are calling for accountability when it comes to the usual tragedy that was waiting for our sympathies and the investigative process to unfold.

The Democratic response to the assassination attempt on our President last year was to blame Trump for our National Security advisor’s mistreatment. They berated our VA Secretary because a hospital error resulted in a patient being sedated in the emergency room. They found no fault with their nominee for attorney general. Their response to poor emergency center staffing and the resulting death of a World War II veteran in 2017 was to blame the patients.
