A heartbreaking video of the now-19-year-old terminally ill young man’s final moments has been posted online as he is left to go on his final journey in a video posted by Justin Bieber’s manager.

In the 15-minute video set to the song ‘School of Rock’, Justin Bieber sings along with his fans as the teen is shown falling to his death and his video ends with the words “I love you.”

The emotional video shows Justin, who has been through a painful trial with his personal life, making his final journey as a young boy in an effort to stay positive and to bring encouragement to others as he dies peacefully in his bed on Thursday.

In a second video, Justin Bieber posted the second of his two videos on his Twitter page and wrote: “I have been given a second chance to be my best self. There are some things that you just have to let go. I love you so much and I miss you.”

At the time of his death, the star tweeted “If only I could say it all” – a message that brought more than 27,000 retweets.

He had been the subject of scrutiny as Bieber, with his parents by his side, is fighting cancer.

Justin was diagnosed with a stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 2013 and received a two-month tumour-removing operation.

He recovered and returned to his recording career but the illness took its toll on the singer as he suffered from frequent tumour-related setbacks.

He had been treated for a pancreatic tumour in June 2013, but this was not successful, according to a March 2014 statement from his mother, Karen, released on her website, just a few weeks after his successful surgery to remove the tumour.
